About your keys
After our first visit and once the quote is accepted, you hand over the keys to your property to me. This step is made official by the signing of a key handover certificate, ensuring security and trust. When my mission comes to an end, whether it’s a one-off intervention or a long-term project, the return of the keys is also validated by a key return certificate.
Your renovation project
Are you away and want to carry out maintenance or improvement work on your property?
I’ll supervise the companies you’ve selected for the entire duration of the work.
If you don’t have any contractors in mind, I can share my network of qualified and trusted professionals (for renovation, plumbing, internet, air conditioning, locksmith services, etc.). This ensures your project is closely monitored, so you can have complete peace of mind and be fully satisfied with the results.

My work is all about trust and discretion, which is why I don’t use social media.
